The brief
IPMS was engaged to deliver Matamata Primary School’s 5 Year Agreement (5YA) in three years. The engagement was our short form model for full professional services. The projects identified by the 5YA included re-roofing several buildings, upgrade of classroom blocks and upgrade of the hall.
Our work
IPMS began by reviewing the Capital Works Plan in the 10 Year Property Plan (10YPP), recommending changes to the project scope and approach. Once the project structure was set up and prioritised, IPMS began working through the projects. By structuring the projects so they were completing a couple of projects at a time, IPMS increased efficiency of delivery and completed multiple projects at the same time.
The outcome
This project was delivered on time and budget.
