About Rachel

Rachel joined the IPMS team in 2022 and is responsible for keeping all aspects of the business running smoothly, allowing the senior staff to do what they do best.

Rachel has a friendly, approachable and professional style, and understands the importance of clear and timely communication to keep clients informed. Based in the Tauranga head office, she is often the first point of contact for new clients.

As the glue that holds the team together, Rachel’s role is varied, covering administration, finance, training and marketing to name a few. She plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities, and in developing and implementing strategies that allow the business to function at its best.

Outside the office, Rachel is a keen on keeping fit and exploring nature, loves regular catch ups with friends and family. She also enjoys adventuring out with her young son, exploring and creating special memories together.
